FIXED - Inventory items never spawn in the shop (e.g. Tower repair kit)
FIXED - Prompt to open inventory always says to press E even when using other control schemes
FIXED - Hints question mark toggle gets lost behind trees even when in front after game over.
CHANGED - Prompt to open inventory after purchasing hand held item always shows now, even without tips enabled
